My son, Daniel, has been participating in the Joyful Saturday Outings and Holiday Programs since April 2019. I can see the difference before and after the service. Every time Daniel comes home in lighthearted mood, and always asking when and what is the next coming activities.

My son has been participating JOYFUL Saturday Outings and Holiday Camps for a few months, before the pandemic. Their carers are very supportive, not only provide physical needs but also look after the clients emotional and spiritual needs accordingly.

Ivy has been a participant of the Joyful services since 2019. During that time she has attended camps, Saturday outings, Friday social nights and the Wednesday social group. All the programs are well thought out and I am always amazed at the wonderful things that Joyful has set up for their participants. The staff are attentive, caring and supportive of Ivy’s needs. We feel very grateful to have found the friendship and the care that they provide our daughter with.

We would like to say thank you for providing wonderful activities Programs for our son. Patrick has been attending Joyful Programs since 2019. He has enjoyed camping, outing on Saturday and Friday nights dinner out. Recently, he has attended cooking on Tuesday nights and also fortnightly scouting. Staff are patient and caring. His awareness has been improved noticeably. It has been great for Patrick to socialise with friends during attending programs. We often see that Patrick is looking forward to seeing Esther to come for picking him up. Joyful Programs’s Service has been much appreciated and highly recommended.

My son, Joe, has been going out with Joyful for about 5 years and it is, without doubt, his favourite time of the week. The Joyful staff not only care for the kids, but they care about the adults too. The effort joyful puts into finding entertaining programs and into making sure everyone is happy and engaged is exceptional. Joyful is a smaller provider that has developed a friendly, family atmosphere, and Joe has definitely found a second family there.
