Saturday 'Out and About' Program

Every Saturday, 10 am – 4.30 pm, all year, all weather, except Christmas and New Year period. Visiting places around Melbourne.

Holiday Program

On the first week of term breaks, we run daily ‘Out and  About’ program, Mon-Thurs, 10 am – 4.30 pm, just like our Saturdays Outings.

During summer break, we will have two weeks of daily ‘Out and  About’ program, Mon-Thurs, 10 am – 4.30 pm.

Holiday Camp

On the second week of the term break (include summer break), we run a 4 days 3 nights camp for our participants, around Victoria.

Friday Night Out

Every third Friday evening, 5pm to 9:30 pm, we run the Friday Night Out with Friends. Doing fun things with friends, such as having dinner, watching movie, playing bowling and many others amazing activities, exploring the night Melbourne.

After-School-Respite

Increased Social and Community Participation, Individual Skill development and training including public transport, Community Engagement Assistance with daily life

In-Home Respite

In-Home Respite for participants who prefer to stay home while giving you a few hour of ‘Me’ time.​

Daily Living Skill Assistance

For adult participants who left school, we have 1:1 day outing to cater their need, where we can take them to shopping, a walk in the park and others.

WEDNESDAY YOUNG ADULT GROUP

Every Wednesday 10am to 3pm @ Amaroo Neighbourhood Centre, Ashwood.

Suitable 18plus, school leavers and adult participants.

Morning in the centre, then lunch, short outings and travel training to the city or nearby suburb.

WEEKEND CAMPS

3-Days-2-Nights

Friday 5pm to Sunday 5pm 

Additional Information

Transportation

We use a range of vehicles that we supply and utilise to either pick our participants up at various meeting points in the Eastern suburbs. 

All vehicles are well maintained and serviced.

Carer to participant ratios

  • For access to community, social and recreation activities, 1:1
  • For group activities, the ratio is 1:2 or 1:3 between carers and participants

Meeting place

  • For all our programs, our meeting spot is at Doncaster or Vermont.

  • We can also come to your place, with additional hourly charge rate.

  • The hour rate / fee is based on NDIS price guide, as we are registered with Assist-Travel/Transport.

Other Program

Assistance to apply for a rental tenancy
and undertake tenancy obligations.

Advocacy for people with disability can be defined as speaking, acting or writing with minimal conflict of interest on behalf of the interests of a person
