Joyful Aged and Ability Services is situated in Wantirna and Boronia,  outer east suburb in Melbourne not far from Knox Shopping centre and Knox Private hospital.

 

Our team have years of experiences to work with people with disabilities in a variety of settings. Including children and adults with autism，physical or global intellectual disabilities those who attend day centres, in-home respite, aged care facilities and weekend respite programs.

 

One thing we love is the weekend programs. It draws participants into the beauty of the Australian nature and the buzz and cultured atmosphere unique to downtown Melbourne; it gives us great pleasure to see the anticipation on the participants’ faces, that says “I can’t wait to go out!” 

 

It is this encouragement from you that has led us to start，to strive –  we strive to bring joy to families through these outings and camp programs. It’s a joy for us to do what we love, and I hope you will love what we do as well.

We focus on the needs of people who are autistic and or with intellectual disability, providing opportunities for them to participate in community, social and recreational activities : 

The weekly fun events like Wednesday Young Adult group, Friday night out with friends.  Through these outings, we aim to foster friendships between participants, growing connections between participants and our support staff, to extend the relationships to weekend and holiday short stay camps.   Most importantly, we aim to have fun!
